Hourly Rates
Regular or once off cleaning
- 1st 2 x hours are $100.
- 45p/hour thereafter.
- Add ons are charged at the additional cost but do not incur an additional cost p/hr.
- We recommend the Add Ons for Deep Cleaning/Initial Clean for the best results on your first clean if you will be using our services weekly or fortnightly OR if you are booking ion for a once off clean.
- Airbnb would need to be confirmed - just call to discuss!
End of Lease/Move In cleaning
- $250 for 3 hours.
- $60p/hr thereafter.
- Add Ons are charged at the aditional cost but do not incur an additional cost p/hr
- The property must be vacant, power switched on & no furniture or belongings in the property to complete this service

- We may have 2 cleaners available to complete your job which means less time at your home but the same invoiced amount.
- If you require add ons this will also take more time BUT you are charged for the add on you choose and not the additional time p/hr to clean.
